Salam Tashkent


  • 3 green radish
  • 150 g beef
  • 3 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 quail eggs
  • red pepper and black salt according to taste preferences
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method of preparation

  • Beef wash and boil. Radish peel and chop into strips. To eliminate the bitterness, put in cold water for 10 minutes. Onions to chop half rings. Simmer in vegetable oil.
  • Beef and eggs cut into strips. Attach onion, radish. Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix well. Place in a salad bowl and decorate with quail eggs, cut in half.
