Rice with shrimp and vegetables
- 4 cups rice, preferably long
- 2 cups vegetable mixture
- 15 pieces of peeled prawns
- 1 head of garlic
- 100 ml sunflower oil
Method of preparation
- In burning capacity to put a couple tablespoons of oil and finely chopped garlic. Over high heat fry the shrimp. After a couple of minutes remove from heat and set aside.
- To add to the capacity a couple of tablespoons of oil and sauté vegetables until tender. Rice put them in a container with the vegetables and let it warm up. The finished dish spread on a plate, top with beautifully arranged shrimp.
