Omelet with rice


  • 2-3pcs. chicken eggs
  • 0.5 cups of rice (already cooked)
  • 200 gr. mushrooms
  • 1 PC. onions
  • 20 gr. butter
  • to taste salt, pepper and herbs
  • 3 tbsp of ketchup

Method of preparation

  • Onion crumble, then sauté in butter. Cut the mushrooms in small pieces and send them to fry together with onions. Once the mushrooms are ready, add boiled rice, ketchup and spices (to taste), stir and set aside.
  • In a separate skillet cook scrambled eggs, eggs to which a little whipped in a separate bowl and then pour into the pan where the melted and warmed butter.
  • When you notice that on top of the scrambled eggs began to fry, he is ready and it is time to spread the filling (center of omelette) with rice, mushrooms and onions, sprinkle with fresh herbs (to your taste) roll the loaf or just half.
  • Normally this omelet is served, garnished with ketchup.
