Rice noodles with meat


  • 500 gr. fresh pork
  • 300 gr. mushrooms
  • 1 PC. bell pepper
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 0,5 EA. stalks of leeks
  • 5 a tooth. garlic
  • 1 n. sauce for cooking rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 p. rice noodles
  • salt, black pepper and greenery — to taste

Method of preparation

  • Slice pork into thin strips. Add garlic and sauce for frying. Leave for half an hour.
  • After that, fry the meat until soft, add mushrooms and gotosite about three minutes.
  • Add the chopped pepper, onion and soy sauce. Simmer for five minutes.
  • In the end, add chopped onions, salt, pepper.
  • Rice noodles are cooked separately in salted water about five minutes. After, rinse in a colander and combine with meat. So put out about two minutes.
