Rice noodles with meat
- 500 gr. fresh pork
- 300 gr. mushrooms
- 1 PC. bell pepper
- 1 piece of onion
- 0,5 EA. stalks of leeks
- 5 a tooth. garlic
- 1 n. sauce for cooking rice noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 p. rice noodles
- salt, black pepper and greenery — to taste
Method of preparation
- Slice pork into thin strips. Add garlic and sauce for frying. Leave for half an hour.
- After that, fry the meat until soft, add mushrooms and gotosite about three minutes.
- Add the chopped pepper, onion and soy sauce. Simmer for five minutes.
- In the end, add chopped onions, salt, pepper.
- Rice noodles are cooked separately in salted water about five minutes. After, rinse in a colander and combine with meat. So put out about two minutes.
