  • 0.5 kg chicken liver
  • 3 PCs sweet pepper (preferably red)
  • 3 PCs potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 1 green Apple
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (grainy)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream (not fat)
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Chicken liver rinse thoroughly to no traces of bile, clean from the films, fry in good oil five minutes on high heat, add salt at the very end, close the lid, leave for another five minutes. Wet a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  • Baked, peeled sweet pepper potatoes cut lengthwise, then into thin strips. Big green Apple without peel rubbed on a fine grater, mix with a teaspoon of honey, sour cream, mustard.
