Dumplings in Armenian


  • Dough:
  • 1 egg
  • 220 ml of water
  • 0.75 kg of flour
  • Filling:
  • 0.7 kg of beef
  • 5 onions
  • 120 ml sunflower oil
  • pepper and salt to taste sensations
  • 5 tablespoons chopped green

Method of preparation
