Kutaby with herbs
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ C water
- 1 h spoon salt
- butter to taste
- 100-200 g of green to taste dill, parsley, cilantro, spinach, sorrel, green onions
Method of preparation
- Knead the dough: put flour in bowl, gradually add the warm (almost hot) water and stir. Add salt and knead until the dough will turn out tough. Cover it with cling film and leave for 20-30 minutes. Thoroughly wash the greens, finely chop and add salt.
- From the dough make small balls (will work 6-7 PCs). Roll them into thin cakes, about 2-3 mm. In each tortilla put the greens and fold in half – you will get a semicircle. Edge good shape.
- Kutaby fry on a dry pan on each side until cooked. You can fry, adding a little butter – on pancakes. Ready kutabs paremata butter and serve with sour cream.
