- 1 Cup sugar
- 5 g of salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 400 g pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 150 ml vegetable oil, preferably olive
Method of preparation
- Traditional Halloween pumpkin clean from unnecessary components, such as seeds and peel. Grind the obtained pulp using a grater or blender. In the shredded pumpkin stir in flour, beat the egg, pour in the oil, salt and all to mix and extinguish soda with vinegar. Knead until the consistency is semi-liquid dough obtained pumpkin weight.
- Depending on the cake design and taste add to the dough raisins, dried apricots, nuts or any other dried fruit. In a pre-greased roasting pan pour the batter and move the form in the oven for 30 minutes. The finished cake to cool, cut into diamonds or squares, as desired sprinkle with grated chocolate.
