Pumpkin cakes


  • 1 Cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g of nuts
  • 300 g pumpkin
  • 50 g raisins
  • 5 g of cinnamon
  • 10 g vanilla
  • 1 pack of butter
  • 1 chocolate bar

Method of preparation

  • Clean the pumpkin, slice it into cubes, boil the pieces for 10 to 15 minutes. To create a festive pumpkin cakes for Halloween you need cooked pumpkin to cool, crushed to a pulp. Oil combine the sugar, beat in eggs, whisking until smooth.
  • In the beaten mixture add the flour, baking powder, nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins and pumpkin, mix everything. Mass, which was formed to put into form, bake for 40 minutes at 180°. Melt the chocolate to the state of the glaze by water bath. The finished pumpkin cake cool, cut into diamonds, pour over the chocolate.
