Puff with ham and cheese


  • puff pastry
  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • 150 grams of ham
  • 1 egg

Method of preparation

  • Take puff pastry, roll out on a Board and cut into squares of ten inches each. Ham and cheese cut into triangles, about 8 inches. Close the stuffing with the dough, but the edges close is not necessary, since the dough can rise.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and brush with egg, bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Served for Breakfast with a Cup of coffee or boiled milk. Not very nutritious, but at the same time, satisfying dish.
