Potato zrazy


  • 9 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 pieces of onion
  • ¼ Cup rice
  • 100 gr. breadcrumbs
  • 3 gr. salt
  • 3 gr. black pepper

Method of preparation

  • For stuffing boiled eggs, finely chop them and mix with pre-fried onions. To the mixture add cooked rice, pepper and salt to taste and mix it all again.
  • Potatoes boil and mash into a puree, add a raw egg. Put salt and pepper, then thoroughly mix. Formed round cakes, the middle of which lay stuffing.
  • Wrap the edges, give an oval shape, then dip them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides.
