Potato wedges


  • 5 PCs potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of curry, turmeric, coriander, marjoram
  • mix peppers
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Potatoes thoroughly wash and dry. Without having to remove the skin of potatoes, the potatoes cut into four pieces. The result is a quartered potato. All the spices, stir. One teaspoon of the spices, add olive oil. Each quartered potatoes doused in butter and sprinkle with spices. Spread cut up. Cook in a well-heated oven (at t 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes).
