Pork roll with prunes


  • 800 p. pork
  • 100 g of prunes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Pork should beat, then season with salt and pepper on both sides. On one side sprinkle the pork with garlic.
