Pork in the sauce in the pan


  • 1 kilogram pork meat
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 bulbs
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 0.5 cups of tomato juice
  • spices
  • greens
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Take a kilo of pork meat, preferably steak. Cut into large chunks and put on a heated pan, greased. When slightly toasted, turn over and put the top layer of the onion. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream, half a Cup of tomato juice and spices. When the meat is almost ready, pour the sauce and fry for another five minutes. Sprinkle top with herbs.
