Suluguni fried in breadcrumbs


  • 600 g of cheese Suluguni
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Method of preparation

  • Suluguni cheese cut into slices, wedges or cubes. The egg slightly beat with a whisk, add seasoning or spices. Slices of cheese, put in a bowl with the prepared egg and breaded in bread crumbs. Repeat with each slice 2-3 times.
  • The breading should be thick, so at high temperature the cheese does not drip. Breaded pieces fried in the melted, but not hot butter. Ready slices of pork and lay on a towel to remove excess oil.
