Kotleti s pork


  • Half a kilo minced pork
  • One bulb
  • Medium size carrot
  • Three slices of white bread
  • One egg
  • Salt, pepper, Bay leaf
  • A couple of cloves of garlic
  • A little bit of milk (a half Cup is sufficient)

Method of preparation

  • Leave the bread in a bowl with milk, let soak. Crumble it and add to the pork stuffing. If the meat is going to have to twist in a meat grinder, you can grind in onion, carrot and bread. If the beef is ready, then the vegetables need to RUB on a grater. Don’t forget to crush the garlic.
  • To dilute all the spices and egg. To form cutlets and fry in sunflower oil.
