Chops with pineapple and cheese
- 400g of meat
chicken breast or veal tenderloin
- the Bank preferably pineapple rings
- 250g hard cheese
- salt, pepper, greens
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation
- Let’s prepare the meat. First, wash it, dry it on a napkin and cut into portions. Then recapture it (chicken meat more tender, so to beat him you need less), add salt, pepper and impregnate for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the filling. Pineapple rings from the jar cut into thin slices, three cheese. Then on a baking sheet lay out the meat pieces. Each piece of mayonnaise (you can make mayonnaise mesh) and lay out the pineapple rings. Again make mayonnaise mesh and a cheese hat.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 200 – 250 degrees for about 30 minutes, and chicken chops in 20 minutes. The cheese is browned and the juice from the meat flowed – ready chops. Decorate the dish with herbs, served hot.
