Pie with sausage


  • 200 ml of sour cream
  • 150 g butter
  • 0,5 kg of flour
  • 7 g of salt
  • 5 sausages
  • 100 grams of cheese

Method of preparation

  • To build dough: mix the sour cream with soft butter. To attach the salt and sifted flour. Knead the dough. The batter should be cool to be able to create layers. Chop sausage into round slices. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  • Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out. The first layer spread on the baking pan, then arrange 1 piece of sausage and cheese. Cover with the second layer of dough, lay 2 piece of sausage and cheese. Cover with the third layer of dough and patch the edges. Place in the oven and bake for 50 minutes. After the time to nominate from the oven and cover with paper, let stand 10-15 minutes.
