Pickled ginger


  • 400g peeled ginger
  • 1,5 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 3,5 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 20g fresh beet

Method of preparation

  • Ginger to plane the thin strips like paper against its fibers. Boil beetroot until the ginger is not pink. Put the prepared ginger and cool. Dry with paper towel. Beets are no longer needed. The pan it should take the enamel.
