- 2 pickled cucumber
- 40g. mushrooms (can be dried)
- 2 l of broth (mushroom)
- 6 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
Method of preparation
- Potatoes, onion, peeled, washed and cut into cubes. Carrot RUB on a grater. Of mushroom broth, take out the mushrooms cut into strips.
- Drop the potatoes into the broth. After about 15 minutes the join onion, carrot. Once the potatoes will get ready to it add the mushrooms and cucumbers, pre-cut strips. At the end of cooking put salt and spices.
