Mint cookies


  • 100 g butter of margarine
  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g beet sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 12 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • soda on the tip of the spoon

Method of preparation

  • Margarine to grate and grind it with flour and soda. Grind mint leaves in a blender or with a knife. Chopping with a knife a chocolate bar. Sugar grind with a raw egg and pour into the flour with the margarine. All knead well. In this mixture, knead it with a spoon chocolate and mint. To set the oven to 180 degrees.
  • On wax paper spread out formed balls cookies. Bake for 15 minutes.
