Peanut sauce


  • 1 Cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 egg yolks boiled
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 ml vinegar
  • soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  • Walnuts, egg yolks and chop the garlic with a blender. Would consider something there oil. Toss the mustard with breadcrumbs and pour in the vinegar. Pour the vinegar should be slightly, tasting the sauce, so it wasn’t too sour. At the end of the pour soy sauce, add salt and pepper.
