Peach jelly

Persikova jelly


  • 3 PCs. ripe peaches
  • 30 gr. powder gelatin
  • 200 ml peach juice
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method of preparation

  • Before starting, soak the gelatin in a small amount of warm water.
  • Thoroughly wash peaches, peel and seeds. Well mash the pulp wilki or in a blender until a homogeneous slurry. The juice is put to warm, add sugar and lime juice, when the sugar has dissolved — remove from heat.
  • Mix peach puree, juice, gelatin and stir well. Jelly is almost ready. Pour into cups or other shapes and put in a cold place for 1.5-2 hours.
