Kotleti s chick pea


  • 100 g of chickpeas
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon lodges. nutmeg
  • 1 table. lies. soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch soda

Method of preparation

  • Before cooking the chickpeas overnight to soak in water and baking soda. Drain the chickpeas add fresh water and cook until tender. Carrots chop on a grater, finely chop the onion. Skip the chickpeas through a blender. In the resulting porridge add the vegetables, sauce and seasonings. Mix well. To form small patties, fry in sunflower oil in a frying pan on both sides.
