• Dough:
  • 400g icing sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • ¼ Tsp salt
  • 250g ground almonds
  • 1 drop of food coloring 4 colors
  • Filling:
  • 240g of butter softened
  • 350g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla, cream, strawberry jam, cocoa, lemon zest and chopped pistachios

Method of preparation

  • Vzbit proteins in a dense foam, gradually adding powdered sugar. In a homogeneous mass, add ground nuts and mix well. The resulting mass is divided into 4 parts and each add 1 drop of dye.
  • Pastry bag spread on a baking sheet with parchment resulting mass in the form of equal-size cookies.
  • Leave cookies for 30 minutes to slightly harden. Preheat the oven to 170° and put a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Remove from oven pan, cool slightly and then remove cookies.
  • To make the butter cream: butter + powdered sugar + vanilla + cream.
  • Divide the cream into 4 pieces each and add 1 teaspoon of different ingredients for flavor. You will get 4 kinds of toppings. The cooled cookies to collect color with different toppings.
