Pasta with minced meat

  • 250g spiral pasta

    hardwood wheat

  • 250g minced pork
  • 2 cups tomatoes in juice
  • 1 medium size onion
  • mixture of spices for stuffing
  • salt
  • 30g of refined vegetable oil

Method of preparation

  • Finely chop the onion. In a skillet or baking dish heat oil, sauté onions and ground pork. Remove skin from tomatoes, mash, sprinkle with seasonings and prisolit. Simmer meat to a small evaporation of the liquid.
  • Spiral boil in salted water, drain. Transfer to a plate and cover with minced meat.
