Pasta Bolognese

Pasta Bolognese


  • 500 gr of minced meat
  • 500 gr pasta
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 200 ml red wine
  • 100 gr of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation

  • Onions finely cut and fry in olive oil when it is browned to squeeze into the pan the garlic. After a couple of minutes add the minced meat and fry it for 5 minutes. Add the wine and wait for boil. Cut into the pan of tomatoes and stir, put the tomato paste. Boil pasta, add it to olive oil. On a plate spread the pasta sauce on top and fill the well with cheese.
