Panna cotta with strawberries

Panna cotta W polonize


  • 500 ml cream
  • 200 gr of strawberries
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 50 ml of water
  • 15 g of gelatin

Method of preparation

  • Soak gelatine in lukewarm water, then the cream put the sugar and send it slowly to languish on a steam bath, stirring frequently, is necessary to bring to a boil, add soaked gelatin and stir until it melts in the liquid. Pour the prepared liquid in the curved forms and put them to condition for several hours in the refrigerator.
  • The strawberries are carefully selected and washed. Blend until smooth in a blender, fill up there sugar. Molds filled with Panna cotta to set for a few seconds in warm water and then gently flip the molds onto a flat tray and gently pull it out. Pour Panna cotta on top of the resulting strawberry puree. Optional Panna cotta decorated with whole strawberries and mint leaves.
