Pad Thai W shrimp


  • 100 – 200 gr. rice noodles
  • 150 gr. Jumbo shrimp
  • 130 gr. tofu
  • 1 piece shallot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 50 gr. roasted peanuts
  • 1 piece of lime
  • 1 pkg. the sauce for Pad Thai

Method of preparation

  • Boil pasta and rinse with water. Tofu first you need to put under the press, with the glass fluid and then the mode cubes. Garlic and shallots are finely chopped. To the sauce add ground peanuts and lime.
  • On the oil fry the garlic with the onions, then add tofu and fry for another 5 minutes. Add eggs and fry until cooked. Add all ingredients, mix and put the noodles with the sauce. It all fry for another minute. The dish put on a plate and sprinkle with peanuts.
