Cake orange

  • 120 ml warm milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g butter
  • 3-4 inch. cardamom
  • 1 tsp dry yeast

  • 150 g sugar
  • 300 g sifted flour

  • 50 g Rast.oil

Method of preparation

  • Cardamom peel and grind in a mortar with cloves. To remove the zest from the orange to squeeze the juice out of it. Beat 2 eggs and yolk, add the warm milk, sugar and salt. Add soft butter, orange zest and juice, spices. Stir.
  • Cover with a towel and let it rise for 2 hours.
