Onion pie


  • 0.5 kg puff pastry
  • 0.1 kg of cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • pepper to taste optional
  • 3 onions
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 5 tablespoons of sour cream

Method of preparation

  • Polyolefine onion and fry in butter until yellow status. Add pepper. Beat the eggs, add sour cream and whip. Cheese shred on a coarse grater and add to eggs, mix well.
  • The 2/3 parts of the dough to create a layer and put into a form that the bumpers, onion and egg mixture.
  • The rest of the dough to make strips and lay crisscross the sides cut. Bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be eaten cold and hot.
