Salad «Mushroom glade» recipe
- 400 g meat (chicken or beef)
- 300 g pickled mushrooms

To prepare the salad, boil the meat. Wait until cool down the meat and cut it into small cubes.
If You decide to only use the marinated mushrooms, then the mushrooms, leave for decoration, the rest finely chop.
RUB on a small grater cheese.
Mix chopped mushrooms, meat and grated cheese and season with mayonnaise.
