Noodle soup with lamb


  • 500 g lamb
  • 500 ml of water
  • onion
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • sunflower oil
  • one carrot
  • greens
  • 250 g flour

Method of preparation

  • Lamb cut into pieces, in this case, remove stubble. In a pan lay out the pieces, pour water, add salt, cook for half an hour. For frying need onions, carrots, cut into pieces, fry.
  • For the dough mix in proportions of flour, egg, salt, water. Share the dough, roll out into sheets, then cut them into straws.
  • In a pot add the lamb noodles, fried cook. The readiness of the soup is checked against the softness of the noodles.
