Mutton soup with rice


  • 70 grams of rice round grain
  • 400 g boneless lamb
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g red plums
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Lamb cooked in one piece. Ready meat to cut on the number of servings. Strain the broth to clear. To put there the meat, washed rice, potato slices. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • Wash the plums and remove the bones. Lower the plums into the soup and cook for another 5 minutes. Peel and chop the onion and add to the soup last. Simmer for another 7 minutes. Remove from heat, pour into bowls, garnish with chopped dill.
