Mushroom goulash


  • 0.6 kg mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 20 ml oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 200 gr. hot water
  • 20 gr. flour

Method of preparation

  • Sliced mushrooms (rinsed thoroughly).
  • Seasoning with salt and a little pepper, spread on a pan with heated oil. Gently add chopped onion, fry a little on high heat.
  • In a separate pot parboil the pasta and add it to the roasted vegetable mixture, sprinkle everything with flour. Stir. Add boiling water and stew meatless stew until tender on low fire.
