Mushroom goulash
Ingredients
- 0.6 kg mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 20 ml oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 200 gr. hot water
- 20 gr. flour
Method of preparation
- Sliced mushrooms (rinsed thoroughly).
- Seasoning with salt and a little pepper, spread on a pan with heated oil. Gently add chopped onion, fry a little on high heat.
- In a separate pot parboil the pasta and add it to the roasted vegetable mixture, sprinkle everything with flour. Stir. Add boiling water and stew meatless stew until tender on low fire.
