Chakapuli of mushrooms


  • 500 g mushrooms

    oyster mushrooms or field mushrooms

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 bunches tarragon
  • 1 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • pepper, salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Peeled onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil. Mushrooms cut into any shape and add them to the onions simmer on low heat until tender.
