Buns with custard


  • Dough:
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g of yeast
  • 75 g sugar
  • 0.5 cups of milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • Filling:
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • 0,5 Cup sugar
  • 50 g butter

Method of preparation

  • First, you need to take the dough. Take a bowl and crumble the yeast into it. Add the sugar, stir. After the spread of milk the average temperature. Add to this all the flour and mix well, don’t forget to take care of the lumps. Next, place the bowl in a container of water of medium temperature, cover with a towel. While the dough settles (about 10-15 minutes), start the egg yolks. In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, add sugar, beat with a mixer. In parallel with this, send the butter in the microwave, melt to a liquid substance. Remove the bowl with the dough, place it in a mixture of egg yolks and melted butter and mix adding the flour. The resulting dough is sent separated in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
  • While the dough settles, prepare the custard. To cook it, take all the above ingredients for the filling except the butter. Place them into a bowl and put on a small fire, the same beat with a mixer. When you reach a thick mixture, remove from heat. Ready cream leave to cool. Return to the dough, cut it into pieces, cook under the rolls. Then take the cream and fill the blanks. Remember, it is important to surround cream dough from all sides. Put everything on a baking sheet, before it lubricate it with oil. Send in the oven with a temperature of under 180 to 200 degrees. When the crust of the rolls will enter colors, apply on top of them a mixture of beaten eggs and leave for another couple of minutes.
