Mint sorbet


  • 5g mint
  • 250 ml of water
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Cup of plum juice

Method of preparation

  • Mint sorbet is the dish that first appeared in Azerbaijan and came to us as a refreshing drink. Take pre-prepared, water and divided into two equal parts. First throw in the mint and boil five minutes. Allow it to steep for 15 minutes after covering with a lid. Another part water, bring to boil and dissolve sugar in it. Drain from the mint and stir everything together. When it becomes cold, add the juice of the plums and serve cold.
