Milk soup


  • 1 l fatty cow’s milk
  • 7 pieces solid white bread
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 0,5-1 tsp salt granulated
  • 0,4 tsp cinnamon powder

Method of preparation

  • Pieces of bread to prepare the roast in the pan. Milk heat to a boil. Eggs lightly whisk and gently pour them into the boiling milk. Stir continuously, not allowing the eggs to kamchatica, 2-3 minutes.
  • In boiling soup, omit the bread and cook until medium-thick mass. Then cool slightly, and beat with a blender. Served Spanish soup is recommended in the summer – cold and cold–hot. To decorate the soup, use cinnamon.
