Melon soup


  • 2 kg melons
  • 100 gr. sour cream
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs tarragon
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Primarily melon, salt, sour cream and lemon juice mixed in a blender, RUB through a sieve and set aside in refrigerator for an hour. After, with sugar and water to make a syrup. When removed from the heat, add the tarragon and also supply, when cool in the fridge.
  • After time to mix in blender, add more tarragon. Chill before use don’t forget all thoroughly.
