Meatloaf with egg


  • 1 kg minced pork
  • 2 onions
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 3 slices of bread
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a bunch of parsley

Method of preparation

  • Boil an egg and finely chop. Fry the onions. Stuffing mix, and grated bread, add the milk, pepper, salt.
