Meatless Greek salad
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 12 black olives
- 30 grams olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- A pinch of salt and some black pepper
Method of preparation
- Cucumber cut into half slices, it does not make the slices very thin. Large cubes chop the tomatoes. Olives cut into slices. Onion cut into half rings, as thin as possible. All the chopped vegetables, pour in a bowl for the salad, mix well and pour prepared dressing.
- Prepare the dressing in a separate container, which is olive oil mix with lemon juice, to taste add salt and the pen, carefully go astray.
