Meatballs with potatoes in the oven
Ingredients
- 400 gr. mixed meat
- 1 medium onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of white loaf
- 150 gr. cheese
- 6 tablespoons. spoons of mayonnaise
- 8 medium potatoes
- spatocco salt and pepper
Method of preparation
- Loaf and onions chop and add to stuffing, beat 1 egg and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, add a little salt and pepper, stuffing mix and form patties.
- Potatoes cut into rings, not very subtly, put in a pan the potatoes and salt, put on top of the already formed patties.
