Meatballs with oatmeal
Ingredients
- vegetable oil
- 1 Cup milk (water)
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 0.5 cups of oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- pepper
Method of preparation
- In a large bowl, pour milk on cereal to swell, let stand 30 minutes. In minced meat add the eggs and oatmeal to add mass, add salt and season with black pepper and spices to taste. Ground oats, meat mix well to normal cutlet consistency.
- Preheat a frying pan add the vegetable oil. From the resulting oat meat to form a neat round patties, place on hot pan. When cutlets are browned flip to other side using spatula. Close the lid and simmer another 10 minutes.
