Burgers with an egg on top in the oven


  • 300 gr minced pork
  • 250 grams Turkey mince
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pieces stale bread
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 150 gr cheese
  • black pepper
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Break bread in small pieces and soak in milk. Onion (preferably more) to RUB on a grater or grind using meat grinder, egg whisk, cheese to RUB on a grater. Mix everything and knead thoroughly, squeeze the bread and add to the mince.
  • To form patties, in the center make a small hole. To compactly lay out on a baking sheet cakes. In every hole, gently break the egg, sprinkle with herbs and put into the oven for 25 minutes, which is pre-heated to 180°C.
