Burgers with an egg on top in the oven
Ingredients
- 300 gr minced pork
- 250 grams Turkey mince
- 1 large onion
- 1 egg
- 2 pieces stale bread
- 50 ml of milk
- 150 gr cheese
- black pepper
- salt
Method of preparation
- Break bread in small pieces and soak in milk. Onion (preferably more) to RUB on a grater or grind using meat grinder, egg whisk, cheese to RUB on a grater. Mix everything and knead thoroughly, squeeze the bread and add to the mince.
- To form patties, in the center make a small hole. To compactly lay out on a baking sheet cakes. In every hole, gently break the egg, sprinkle with herbs and put into the oven for 25 minutes, which is pre-heated to 180°C.
