  • 0.5 kg of minced meat
  • 1pc. – onions (onions)
  • 2 — cloves of garlic
  • 2 PCs – potatoes
  • 4 tbsp – mayonnaise
  • 2 — slices of white bread
  • 100 gr.- butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 — 200 gr. – breadcrumbs

Method of preparation

  • To defrost mince. Peel the potatoes, grind it on a grater. Peel the onion of available skin, to cut cubes. The cleaned garlic from the skins, squeezing through the frog. Bread soaked in homemade milk, then wring out the liquid. All products mix with restoratives meat and add the mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and thoroughly mix. Chops sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
