  • 1 kg. fish whiting
  • 2 PCs bulbs
  • 2 PCs eggs
  • 1 PC. carrot
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • the diced stale white bread
  • to taste – salt and pepper
  • 0,5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cups – bread crumbs

Method of preparation

  • Prepared from blue whiting fillets, which will further with the help of a grinder make a stuffing. Minced meat seasoned with salt and pepper, add eggs and add the bread previously soaked in milk.
