Burgers for kids


  • 400 g pork
  • 300 g beef or veal
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 small onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method of preparation

  • Potatoes RUB on a fine grater. Add sour cream and stir. Meat grind in a meat grinder. To drive in the first minced 1 egg, finely chopped onion, potatoes with sour cream. Stir and drive another egg, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • The mince and knead well. 1 beat egg in a separate dish, and in another pour a little flour. To form patties, roll them first in flour, then in egg.
  • Fry in a well heated pan in vegetable oil. Then, adding a little water, stew 20 minutes with a lid.
