Burgers for kids
Ingredients
- 400 g pork
- 300 g beef or veal
- 3 eggs
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 small onions
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
Method of preparation
- Potatoes RUB on a fine grater. Add sour cream and stir. Meat grind in a meat grinder. To drive in the first minced 1 egg, finely chopped onion, potatoes with sour cream. Stir and drive another egg, add salt and pepper to taste.
- The mince and knead well. 1 beat egg in a separate dish, and in another pour a little flour. To form patties, roll them first in flour, then in egg.
- Fry in a well heated pan in vegetable oil. Then, adding a little water, stew 20 minutes with a lid.
