Meat souffle for children
Ingredients
- 50 grams of veal
- 1 Cup broth
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 10 g butter
- 1 egg
- salt
Method of preparation
- Boil a piece of veal. Take a glass of broth, add a spoonful of flour and butter. Cook until thick. Meat skip through Mincer twice.
