Mutton soup with rice


  • 100 g of boiled beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • 50 g of cabbage
  • 70 g of mayonnaise
  • 5 g of sugar
  • dill
  • vinegar
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Boil hard-boiled eggs, peeled, chopped coarsely. Meat disassembled into individual fibers. Onion peel and cut into rings, sprinkle with vinegar and sprinkle with sugar-marinated for 20 minutes.
  • Cabbage thinly slice, lightly crush with salt. Leave the cabbage for 10 minutes. Put layers of cabbage, pickled onions, meat and eggs. Sandwich with mayonnaise. Finely chop the dill and sprinkle them over the salad.
